Central London Integration Hub

Central London Integration Hub

The employment and skills system in London is highly complex. Londoners often struggle to find the support that would best meet their needs, and services don’t work together as well as they could. As part of the London-wide ‘No Wrong Door’ agenda, the Central London Integration Hub aims to support employment and skills services to work better together, and to help central London residents access the support they need to move into decent work.

The Hub focuses on two cohorts – disabled residents and refugees – who face significant labour market disadvantage. Funded by GLA, the Central London Integration Hub was launched in July 2022. Since then, the hub has:

  • Commissioned research from Learning and Work Institute to understand the needs of our priority cohorts, and map their journeys through the system;
  • Formed two integration networks, bringing together organisations working with refugees and disabled people to support partnership working;
  • Held two job and training fairs, which were attended by 187 job-seekers;
  • Delivered training to employment and skills practitioners, helping them understand the needs of our priority cohorts.
