Adam Hug (Chair)
Westminster City Council
Adam has been Leader of Westminster City Council since 2022 and a councillor for Westbourne ward since 2010. He has been Leader of the Labour Group since 2015 having previously served as Deputy Leader and Shadow Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Protection.
Mayor Brenda Dacres
Lewisham Council
Brenda was directly elected as Mayor of the London Borough of Lewisham in March 2024. She has been a Councillor since 2014 and held a number of Cabinet portfolios including Environment and Transport, Safer Communities, and Housing Development and Planning.

Brenda is committed to improving housing, providing opportunities for young people, and supporting small businesses to thrive. She is the first black woman to serve as a directly elected mayor in London.
Cllr Sarah King
Southwark Council
Cllr Sarah King has been the leader of Southwark Council since July 2025.

He joined Southwark’s Cabinet in 2018, taking on the Jobs, Skills and Innovation portfolio, and has served as Cabinet Member for Housing and Modernisation since 2019.
Cllr Elizabeth Campbell
Kensington and Chelsea
Elizabeth was elected Leader of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in July 2017 in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tragedy. She has been a councillor in Chelsea since 2016 and was Cabinet member for Family and Children’s Services from 2012-2017.

She served as Chair of Chelsea Academy, an outstanding Church of England School from 2013-2017, and is presently the Vice Chair of London Councils.
Cllr Una O'Halloran
Islington Council
Councillor Una O’Halloran is the Leader of Islington Council and Labour Councillor for Caledonian Ward. Born and raised in Islington to Irish parents, she worked as a Teaching Assistant and GMB workplace representative before being elected as a Councillor in 2014.
Cllr O’Halloran served as Mayor of Islington in 2017/18. In 2019 she became Executive Member for Community Development, and in 2020, Executive Member for Homes and Neighbourhoods.
In November 2024, Una became the first council tenant elected as Leader of Islington Council. She and her husband were awarded the Papal Benemerenti medal in 2024 for outstanding service to Church and community.

Cllr Claire Holland
Lambeth Council
Claire has been Leader of Lambeth Council since June 2021 and has represented Oval ward since 2014. She has been a legal aid children’s lawyer for more than 20 years and was appointed Deputy Leader of Lambeth Council in May 2018.

Policy Chairman Chris Hayward
City of London
Chris is Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee at the City of London Corporation. He leads the Corporation’s work on policy issues affecting the UK’s financial and professional services sector.

The Committee seeks to ensure the City’s economy thrives and oversees the Corporation’s responsibilities as a local authority. Prior to becoming Policy Chairman, Chris was managing director of companies in the construction, aviation, infrastructure and global events management sectors.
Cllr Simon Hogg
Wandsworth Council
Simon has led Wandsworth Council since 2022 and was a councillor since 2010, representing Falconbrook Ward.
Cllr Richard Olszewski
Camden Council
Richard was appointed Leader of Camden Council in 2024.
Mayor Lutfur Rahman
Tower Hamlets
Lutfur became the Executive Mayor of Tower Hamlets in May 2022. He previously served as the borough’s first directly elected Mayor from 2010-2015. He served as a Councillor from 2002-2010, becoming Leader in 2008.

In his first period as Mayor, Lutfur introduced pioneering policies such as universal free school meals for primary children, building more council homes than anywhere in the country, and granting bursaries to students attending university. As Mayor, Lutfur is supporting residents through the cost of living crisis, building 1,000 social homes a year, making Tower Hamlets greener and cleaner, and protecting front-line services.
Cllr Guy Nicholson
Hackney Council
Guy is Deputy Mayor & Cabinet Member for Delivery, Inclusive Economy & Regeneration, in the London Borough of Hackney. He chairs Newable Ltd and is Deputy Chair of the UK Innovation Corridor. Additionally, he’s a trustee for Autograph ABP, and the East End Community Foundation.

Guy’s leadership extends to urban regeneration and socio-economic initiatives, including roles in London’s City Fringe and the planning of the 2012 Olympic Games legacy.
Cllr Peray Ahmet
Haringey Council
Peray was officially appointed Leader of Haringey Council in May 2021 and has been a councillor since 2014. He has held cabinet positions in two different administrations covering Environment, and Adults and Health, and wants to continue making a real change for local people living in the borough.
