Local authorities are key enablers to enhance London’s digital infrastructure and have worked with telecoms operators to widen their network by utilising council assets.

Central London Forward’s digital programme supports our member boroughs and has a strategic relationship with telecoms industry, GLA and central government to improve connectivity across the whole of Central London.

CLF’s Digital Connectivity Champion will develop and deliver a major project focused on improving digital connectivity in central London and will work with the GLA, our twelve CLF boroughs, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver a workplan to facilitate the delivery of full-fibre and 5G across the sub-region.
