Youth Guarantee Trailblazer – Full Potential

Full Potential is Central London Forward’s new employment and skills programme supporting care-experienced young people aged 17 to 25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). It aims to help young people overcome barriers and take positive steps towards employment, education, or training through personalised, coordinated support.

Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and managed through Greater London Authority, Full Potential is part of the pan-London Youth Guarantee Trailblazer and is being delivered across all twelve Central London Forward boroughs. The programme brings together local authorities, training and voluntary sector organisations, and employers to create a more joined-up system for supporting young people.

The programme offers:

  • Intensive one-to-one support, tailored to each young person’s needs and aspirations
  • Help to overcome challenges such as mental health issues, housing insecurity, or lack of confidence
  • Access to local training, education, volunteering, and work opportunities
  • Coordinated referral pathways and collaboration across youth, health, education and employment services

The programme will run until March 2027, with evaluation and learning built in to help shape future youth employment policy and delivery across London.
