Connect to Work is a voluntary Supported Employment programme funded by the UK Government to support people with disability or health conditions, and people with more complex barriers to find a suitable job and progress into work. It will also help those in work but at risk of losing their job, to retain their employment.

Being out of work or unable to progress in employment due to a health condition or barriers can be a challenging time in anyone’s life.
That’s why Connect to Work will provide you with all the support you require to achieve your goals and take steps to make a positive change in your life!
Your Employment Specialist will be supporting you to identify your everyday challenges, barriers or any concerns you may have and tackling them to move forward at your own pace.
We will work together to complete your vocational profile and develop your action plan around your needs to progress towards work and pursuing your life goals. We can also support you to retain your existing job, progress further or to move to new employment.

We want to provide you with the best support possible with a personalised and integrated service to build your confidence, wellbeing and skills so that you’re ready to move forward. Let us make a difference in your life!
